Language courses with native speakerThis kind of course is suitable for those of you, who have already reached some level in the language and would like to improve your knowledge and the ability to understand and correctly pronounce.This is a very valuable way of the language study that makes you to improve the language and the grammar by its active use. Our lectors know the essentials of the Czech language and therefore they are able to better understand problems, which Czech students are fighting with most often. Weekend courses (English, German)We can offer you an intensive weekend course of English and German language (16 hours - weekend). We put attention especially on conversation, improving and fixation of grammar. Preparation for English language exams... It will be better with us, it will be FINE with us ... FCE, CAE exams preparation - 4 STUDENTS PER GROUPInternational language exams are extended all over the world and they are an objective scale of the student's knowledge level. Due to the same order it is ease to compare the language knowledge of candidates in any country. The English language exams are organised by British Council in cooperation with University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate (UCLES). Cambridge English language exams belong to the most recognized in the course of international scale, and it is possible to pass them in following cities: Brno, České Budějovice, Olomouc, Ostrava, Pardubice, Plzeň, Praha, Ústní nad Labem. Note to the mentioned minimal required time: The number of hours that are necessary to learn everything for the individual exams, especially for the higher demanded exams, is only for orientation. It depends on the previous intensity of the specific language study, stay abroad, frequency of the foreign language use, contact with foreign culture and on many other circumstances. |

FCE - First Certificate Exam This exam is very often required by employment or education institutions as a proof of the candidate language ability for a specific position or classification from the point of view of the language skills. In our country it is possible to compare with a basic language exam - "small state exam". The candidates know all main grammar and means of expression, they use them with certain and their speech is continual without serious deficiencies. From a listened text they usually catch most of the important facts and they are able to interpret it. In the professional field they are able to do most of clerical work on the position of assistant, reception and similar positions. The minimum required time is 420 hours of study. |

CAE - Cambridge Advanced Exam This kind of a demand language exam is required from candidates on higher level positions, where there is a necessity of very good knowledge of English including technical language. Students on this level work with authentic texts without the language simplification, which put on them high demands with regard to vocabulary and also more complicated language structures. In the written part they are able to use different styles of letters, they are able to take minutes from meetings, they can handle a business correspondence and telephone calls without bigger problems. The minimum required time is 550 hours. |
